• Reward points earned can be redeemed for a Free Night reward only
• Reward reservations are subject to 7 days’ advance notice & room availability
• Points to redeem a Free Night reward will vary with hotel category and time of year
• The Reward voucher cannot be used for a peak season, holidays seasons and is subject to room availability
• The Reward Voucher cannot be used over 7 continuous room nights per reservation
• The Reward voucher is non-transferable
• The Reward Voucher once issued cannot be changed or amended
• The Reward Voucher cannot be reissued if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed
• Points or rewards may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, prizes or credit
